To compete in a sanctioned International Federation of the Two Man Bench Press event, you must be a member of the federation. Kindly select and download the appropriate application form for individual athletes and teams below.

Click the appropriate form to open a copy of the specified application form. After retrieving the form, please print it, and fill it out completely. Then follow the instructions on the form to submit your information to the Federation.

Also, for team applications, each team member must also complete an Individual Athlete application.

Individual Athlete Application Form
This form is for an Individual Athlete who wishes to participate in an International Federation of the Two Man Bench Press event.

Team Membership Application Form
This form is for Athletes who want to declare their team affiliation in order to participate as a team member in an International Federation of the Two Man Bench Press event.

Individual Non-Athlete Application Form:
This form is for non-athletes who wish to participate in an International Federation of the Two Man Bench Press event. This includes the following: Administrator, Platform Personnel, Coach, Instructor, Manager, Official, Referee, Trainer, Team Leader, etc

IFTMBP Individual Non-Athlete Application
This form is for non-athletes who wish to participate in an IFTMBP event. This includes the following: Administrator, Platform Personnel, Coach, Instructor, Manager, Official, Referee, Trainer, Team Leader, Meet Director, and Volunteer.

IFTPL Individual Non-Athlete Application
This form is for non-athletes who wish to participate in an IFTPL event. This includes the following: Administrator, Platform Personnel, Coach, Instructor, Manager, Official, Referee, Trainer, Team Leader, Meet Director, and Volunteer.
